Trafalgar Square London

Trafalgar Square, London

Trafalgar Square is one of the most famous Squares in the World. The square is covered by the Nelsons Column, the National Gallery and with lots of Pigeons. The Nelsons column is 170 foot high, with the 18 foot long statue of Nelson himself. Nelsons Column is also surrounded by 4 bronze lions on granite plinths and cast by Marocchetti. There is a National Portrait Gallery located at the north side of the Square, housing lots of masterpieces by Leonardo Da Vinci, Rebens. The Famous Church of St Martins in the Fields is located at the west side is Canada House, while there is a Theater Land on the other side of The Square.

If you are planning to visit London, I would suggest not forgetting to visit Trafalgar Square, London and of course not the Pigeons.
